What is the process?

  1. Establish your budget and have a clear idea on your design. We're happy to help if you're lacking inspo!
  2. We'll send an invoice for a 20% deposit. This secures your design and allows us to find you your perfect diamond.
  3. Once you approve the stone, we begin the magic of the build process. We provide weekly updates, by WhatsApp or Email. After 3-4 weeks, we'll share a photo of the finished ring ready for collection or worldwide shipping
  4. Settle the final payment upon collection or before shipping

What will arrive with my order?

Every Nova Lab ring will be accompanied with a perfectly complimenting sleek, black ring box. This ring box is high quality and luxurious, ensuring your ring arrives in perfect condition.

Our shipping packages are free from our branding in secure tamper proof packaging.

How long will I have to wait?

From the moment we lock in the design, you can be expected to wait no longer than 6 weeks. Typically custom creations take 3-4

Warranties & aftersales support?

We always strive to offer exceptional jewellery and offer a 12 month warranty on all jewellery orders.

If a problem occurs with your jewellery it can be returned to us for inspection and repair. Any faults within your warranty period resulting from manufacturing error will be repaired or replaced free of change (excluding shipping), whilst damage resulting from normal wear-and-tear or misuse can be repaired at a competitive price by our in house jewellery workshop.

Are Lab grown diamonds real?

All our diamonds are GIA or IGI Certified. What this means is that a diamond certificate is generated by an impartial third-party laboratory. This offers an unbiased evaluation of the diamond’s merits and distinctive features, with no vested interest in its sale

How will I know which size?

All ring sizes will be listed in the product description of each ring- if you require the ring to be re-sized, please reach out to us via email or whatsapp after your order is placed and our in house service team can make the correct adjustments free of charge.

Making a mistake in your ring size isn’t the end of the world. We offer a free resizing service for up to 30 days after receiving your ring.

Our expert craftsmen will take care in returning your ring both cleaned and polished, ready to fit on your finger.

Keep in mind a certain number of our rings cannot be resized
